  • Why should I book using this website?

    By booking using this website you are dealing directly with the accommodation provider, which gives you more control over your booking and keeps accommodation costs down as commission’s aren’t paid.

  • What is the earliest I can Check-in?

    Standard check-in time is 2pm.

  • Can I arrive late?

    Yes, please give us a call if you're wanting to arrive after 5pm.

  • Are your rooms non-smoking?

    Yes, all rooms at Eden Motel are non-smoking.

  • Do you have a restaurant?

    No at this time we don’t have a restaurant.

  • Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

    Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi internet to all of our rooms.

  • Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?

     Yes, we have an outdoor garden BBQ /Dining area.

  • How close are you to the shops?

    It’s 2 minutes by car to the main street where you’ll find local cafes, restaurants, the local IGA and Coles.

  • How close are you to restaurants?

    Eden Motel has a shuttle service available to take you to the Eden Sports and Recreation Club which is located approx. 500m down the road. We are also within 2 minutes by car of number of Restaurants, Cafes and Hotels. 

  • Do you have Netflix?

    Yes, in all King deluxe and family rooms.

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged. This varies at peak season where a Non-refundable paid upfront policy applies.

  • How do I guarantee by booking?

    Credit card details are required to secure room booking.

  • Do you have a gym?

    Yes, we have a fitness centre with some weights and exercise machines. It opens at 8:30am and closes at 7:00pm.
